    Are you ready to cross into the world of cakes? Have you already taken the plunge but need some help with basic techniques? This is a perfect starter course for anyone!
     
    • How to prep a baked cake for completion
    • How to stack a cake
    • Filling your cake layers properly and what NOT to do
    • Crumb coating and chilling
    • Final frosting
    • Basic piping and decorations
    • Tools to use and best products

    • 6” cake decorated to keep
    • Buttercream

    Price is per student and includes one two layer 6" cake to leave with.

    Classes are 1 on 1 and can be scheduled in-person only.

    Classes are 2 hours and scheduled at either 10am or 1pm.
