We are located in the northwest suburb of Hanover Park, IL minutes away from Woodfield Mall.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all orders. Same day orders may be accepted if openings are available. For all custom cakes and sweets tables, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice and orders are subject to availability.
Payment is required in full for all orders under $100 at the time of booking. For orders exceeding $100 and for all events, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. All event orders must be paid in full one week prior to your event.
All due dates will be listed on the invoice and a reminder email will be sent on the due date. If the remaining balance is not paid in full by the due date, the order will be canceled and all monies will be forfeited. Any payment arrangements must be made PRIOR to the invoice due date.
Instructions on care and storage will be given with all orders. Once the order has transferred possession, we no longer assume responsibility for any items.
In regards to COVID-19, should our staff become ill and unable to complete your cake, you will be notified immediately. We will try to secure a back-up baker for you however if unable, you may choose to have your order rescheduled or refunded. Should you become ill or be in contact with someone who is ill, please notify us so we can arrange porch pick-up. This will be the only option available in this situation.
Should there be severe weather, every attempt will be made to transfer the cake to you. Your delivery or pick-up time may have to be changed or alternative arrangements may have to be made.
Cake stands and serving platters are available for rent. A refundable deposit is required and will be returned to you upon the return of all equipment. All items are expected to be returned in the same condition that they were rented out.
All orders are subject to Illinois State Sales Tax and applicable local taxes.
