Do you deliver and if so, how much does it cost?

A minimum order of $100 is required for delivery. The delivery fee is based on $1 per mile from our location.

 

Do you ship?

We ship select food items within the state of Illinois. Non-edible items such as custom toppers or supplies are shipped nationwide. We do not ship to ANY country outside of the 50 US states.

 

How far in advance should I order?

We book up very quickly and are often booked a month in advance. It is recommended that you confirm your order as quickly as possible.

 

Do you offer tastings?

We currently offer tastings for weddings only. Please reach out to us for specific details on our tasting box.

 

Do you offer set up and decor?

Yes! We offer complete setup and display rentals for all sweets and cake tables. Our full inventory of stands, displays, backdrops, table linens and accessories is sure to impress.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

We will work with you to the best of our abilities. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Orders canceled less than one week in advance will not be refunded. Orders canceled with two weeks notice or more, will be refunded any monies paid sans the deposit.

 

Do you bake for those with food allergies?

We are happy and able to cater to those with intolerances or mild allergies to common ingredients. Our bakery however is NOT 100% free from allergens thus cross contamination may occur in rare instances.

 

Do you bake vegan or gluten-free?

Yes! We offer cake flavors in both vegan and gluten-free options.

 

What form of payments do you accept?

We prefer that all orders be paid safely and securely through the emailed invoice you receive. If you are unable to utilize the invoice or are having trouble, we accept Zelle. We do NOT accept cash on delivery or any form of check.

 

Do you have cakes ready to sell each day?

We do!! We have just begun to offer a limited number of 4" and 6" cakes made to order each day. Please call the bakery for flavor options and availability.
